Biotools DNA Polymerase:
For routine amplifications,
amplifications involving more than 50 cycles, amplifications up to 5 Kbp,
scarce template, colony screening, multiplex amplifications. Average error
rate is 1 error/10Kbp. Half life at 94oC is 40min. The enzyme possesses
5' to 3' polymerase activity, as well as weak 5' to 3' exonuclease activity.
No 3' to 5' exonuclease activity is detected.
